MEDIA COVERAGE The media coverage of InArtMedia PERCEPTION SERIES • Editorial coverage The visibility for the InArtMedia PERCEPTION SERIES is strengthened by the Culver City traffic of La Cienega Blvd and the La Cienega South Design and Art District :: LSDAD ORG. This adds up to priceless exposure for the artist and our sponsors. PUBLICITY For the InArtMedia event, Carolyn Hudson is the Director of Public Relations. Our plan is for media outreach to all major local media both hard copy and online which includes daily and weekly newspapers, local magazines and art trade publications. Our PR plan includes both pre-event and post-event media. Carolyn plans to create the media releases and follow-up with the editors prior to the event. Carolyn Hudson has over 18 years experience in the fields of Marketing and Public Relations. She has worked in both the profit and not-for profit fields in her career. Most recently, she worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at the Fortune 500 company Accenture. There, she worked with such large companies as Disney, Simon & Schuster, Sony (mark - look at my attached resume to pull out more companies and relevant info). She is a member of the American Marketing Association... PRE-EVENT We plan to create press releases leading up to the event to alert the public about the event and draw attention to a worthy cause. POST-EVENT We also plan on sending an update about the event, including photographs, regarding the sales of art and the success of the event.
